Who We Are

The Spay/Neuter Alliance and Clinic, or SNAC, is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-volume, low-cost spays and neuters.

Modeled after, and mentored by, the Humane Alliance Spay Neuter Clinic in Asheville, NC, SNAC services and provides free transportation to 10 counties in South Carolina and Georgia including:

Located in Ridgeland, SC, SNAC is the first high-volume, low-cost spay/neuter clinic in the region. With as many as six million pets euthanized each year, SNAC’s mission is to help reduce the euthanization and shelter intake rates. It does that by providing high-quality and low-cost spays and neuters to individuals, shelters, animal rescue groups and feral cat colony keepers.

SNAC has worked to build an alliance with regional animal and rescue organizations, enabling them to use their resources exclusively for animal rescue, rehabilitation and adoption services.
